By downloading or using SysDeck ("the app"), you agree to these terms.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use SysDeck on devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms (iOS) or the terms accompanying the downloaded build (macOS).
On macOS, SysDeck can end running processes at your request. Quitting or force-quitting a process may cause that application to lose unsaved work or behave unexpectedly. You are responsible for choosing which processes to end. SysDeck only sends the standard termination signals you invoke.
SysDeck is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. System metrics are best-effort readings from the operating system and may not be exact. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, including data loss from terminating a process.
SysDeck Pro is available as an auto-renewing monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase, sold through Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings; purchases can be restored in the app.
These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is always posted here.
