Privacy Policy

Last updated August 2026

SysDeck is built to respect your privacy. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with data.

Data we collect

None. SysDeck does not collect, store on any server, or transmit personal data or usage analytics. There are no accounts and no tracking.

System metrics

SysDeck reads system statistics — CPU, memory, disk and network activity, battery and thermal state, and (on macOS) the list of running processes — directly from the operating system. This is displayed on your device only, never sent off the device, and any history you keep is stored locally.

The privileged helper (macOS)

If you install the optional helper, it runs locally to read per-process CPU and memory for all processes and communicates only with SysDeck on your Mac over a secure, code-signature-verified channel. It sends nothing over the network.

Purchases

SysDeck Pro is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple processes the transaction and manages your subscription; SysDeck only learns from Apple whether Pro is active. We never see your payment details.

Notifications

If you enable alerts (a Pro feature), SysDeck posts local notifications on your device when a threshold you configured is crossed. These are generated and shown locally.

Third parties

SysDeck uses no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
